Cuisine ala` Corpus
When ever you go to a place you haven't been before, it's such a great treat to try different food and drinks. In Corpus and Houston it was the sea food we got to spoil our taste buds with. The very noticeable friendly service and wonderful menu's we picked from, got me inspired to cook more adventures again, which really does not take that much more time to shop and prepare for. It was a salmon filet with tartar sauce and orange slices, baked potatoes, creamy, buttery asparagus and my own created sea food salad.
The atmosphere and the mood setting was perfect. The napkin rings were made out of wire and sea shells, which was a neat little touch.

No worries! And remember we still have our Moose roast dinner coming. Can't do that one without 50% of the hunting team!

Ya, it was a cozy dinner for three, but that's ok. That's just how it goes. Still was fun cooking and eating it. Brad's parents are coming tomorrow for dinner and I'm doing exactly the same course! Yammmi!

Wow Margot-Let us know when and where and we'll bring our appetites! I like the summery feel of the table! Sure miss the palm trees and the green, green grass!!! I guess every season has its own beauty. I'm still waiting for April showers to bring May flowers!

Hi Tina,
good to hear from you! I'm sure you had a great time in Florida. I always get inspired after a holiday, so much to see and take in. I'm having the same course again tonight for Carol and Roy!
Let's get together soon!
