Blossoms and splashes of colours
After I clean the house, I always reward myself with a bouquet of flowers or a flowering plant. It is a Hydrangea this week, which I planted in one of my blue glass bowls and added some red bamboo sticks. I added a few red Hibiscus blossoms to compliment the red bamboo and it just transforms the living room with new, fresh energy.
During the long winter months we starve our senses for not being able to smell or see blossoms and colour. It slowly effects our moods and energy level's. Splashes of red colour and fresh flowers are great enhancers to energize your home and draw positive energy into your life. Try it out and just watch the effect it has on you, your family and friends.

Looks gorgeous Margot!
I saw some pretty Hydrangea at I.G.A. yesterday and thought how nice they'd look in our living room, but
I didn't buy them. Maybe I will now!!
Hot tub sounds good-pretty much any evening this week would work. Have a good afternoon-I'm teaching grade 2 this afternoon-Yahoo!

That's where I got mine from. And I regret not buying two. It was hard to decide between the pink and the purple. They are gorgeous and only available for a very short time. Go get one!

Oooo I love Hydrangeas. I always loved the tree mom & dad have in their yard. My apartment building has a huge amount of them growing out front in the summer and it makes the entrance to the building look really beautiful.
I didn't know you could get red bamboo. I'm gonna look for some here.

Hi Guin,
Wal Mart's craft section is amazing and you can get bamboo and exotics for real cheap.

Well Margot just read your e.m and decided to put down a few words. I am having my morning coffee before the day of my 100 kilometre walk. I get to pull out all my old x-country ski clothes even dusted off my hat. Even get to wear my headlamp which hasn't been used since the last moonlight ski. So many conections to my life in Canada. The weather is not the best but then what can you do. Last year it was 35 C. Today 17 C but in the mountains and at night it will be allot colder and over the whole thing we have to be prepared for -5 C. I think of everyone allot and hope you are all well. As usual Margot your creations are beautiful. I miss the spring flowers at Easter as it is Autumn here but I really can't complain because there is always something blooming in the garden.
Well must go now. Think of me over the next 48 hrs as I put one foot in front of the other. I will be thinking of all of you.
Love Melinda xxxxxx
