Morgenstund hat Gold im Mund
This is a very old saying in Germany, the early morning hour carries gold in it's mouth. Basically the new start of a day is worth gold, when you get up, get things done and the rewards will follow you later.
After a cool night, which makes for a good sleep I was going for my walk along the beach, thinking what I have (should) get accomplished today. I already feel like I got lots done, only because I took an hour for myself getting my thoughts organized, instead of rushing to get to work.

The same counts when the sun is going down and you have a moment to reflect on your day, say a little thank you, release some thoughts.
Or send some wishes to the Universe as no thoughts and wishes ever get lost.
